Bixby Voice Download combines the voice functions assigned to Bixby, Samsung’s personal assistant with which we can search and perform actions.
Samsung’s digital voice assistant, Bixby, is built into the Galaxy line of devices. It aims to assist us in resolving our doubts in the same way that Cortana, Siri, and Google Now do.
Bixby Voice is our assistant’s voice assistant.
Voice, Vision, and Home are the three parts of Bixby. Bixby Voice is in charge of connecting users to the assistant’s various functions via voice. We can use the latter to conduct searches or perform specific actions on applications.

This assistant is only available on Samsung’s highest-end devices.
Requirements Bixby Voice Download
- Android 9.0 is the minimum operating system requirement.
The “Unknown sources” option within Settings>Applications must be enabled in order to install the app using an APK file.
How to Bixby Voice Download on the Galaxy S8 and S8+
It’s actually quite simple to get Bixby Voice. Simply press the dedicated Bixby button on the phone’s left side, beneath the volume up/down keys, to begin. When you launch Bixby, the update will appear on your phone right away.
- On the Galaxy S8, press the physical Bixby button.
- Wait for the update to appear, or go to Bixby settings and choose Update.
- The Bixby Voice update should appear on all devices in the United States automatically.
- The 45 MB update is available for download and installation.
- When you’re finished, tap Next to select your language and complete the setup.
- Tap Agree to the Terms & Conditions
You can now use Samsung’s version of a virtual assistant after installing Bixby Voice and configuring a language. Bixby has the same “hot-word” detection as Google and other services, but you must first enable it. By default, Bixby Voice only works when you talk and ask commands by pressing and holding the button. Setting up the wake-up command “Hi Bixby” is recommended.Bixby can hear you even if your phone is playing music or a YouTube video, and this works even when the screen is off.
Samsung’s assistant is always available to assist you with tasks on the Galaxy S8. Setting up the wake-up command, as well as improved voice recognition, is recommended. You must read five sentences aloud to enable enhanced voice. This allows Bixby to gain a better understanding of who you are and how you communicate. Everything from the way you speak, to how you pronounce words, to how fast you speak.
